Add us to your Address Book

To ensure you are receiving all of your account information and special offers from your credit card account add us to your address book. Please add the two email addresses below to ensure that you will continue to receive important information about your account.

If you are unsure how to add these email addresses to your address book, most email providers have a contact or personal address book where you can create new entries.  Please find your email provider or software below and follow the instructions.*

  1. From your inbox, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the "Mail Options" and select "Address Book"
  2. Click "Add" or "Add Contact" button
  3. Type in your bank’s name in the "Name" field, email@email.firstnational.com in the "Other email" field and then email@email.yourbankcard.com in the second "Other email" field.
  4. Click "Save"

Does Yahoo! provide your email service?

  1. From your inbox, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the "Addresses" Tab and select "Add Contact"
  2. Type in your bank’s name in the "Nickname" field, email@email.firstnational.com in the "Email" field and then email@email.yourbankcard.com in the "Alternate Email" field.
  3. Click "Save"

Does Hotmail provide your email service?

  1. From your inbox, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the "New" Tab and select "Contact"
  2. Type in your bank’s name in the "Quickname" field, email@email.firstnational.com in the "Personal" email field and then email@email.yourbankcard.com in the "Work" email field.
  3. Click "Save"

Does Earthlink provide your email service?

  1. From your inbox, click on "Address Book"
  2. Click "Add Contact" button
  3. Type in your bank’s name in the "Name" field, email@email.firstnational.com in the first "Email" field and then email@email.yourbankcard.com in the second "Email" field.
  4. Click "Save"

Does Google Gmail provide your email service?

  1. From your inbox, click on "Contacts"
  2. Click "Add Contact"
  3. Type in your bank’s name in the "Name" field and email@email.firstnational.com in the first "Primary Email" field.
  4. Add more contact info
  5. Type in email@email.yourbankcard.com in the "Email" field located under the "Personal" heading.
  6. Click "Save"

Do you view your email messages in Outlook?

  1. From your inbox, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the "New" Tab and select "Contact"
  2. Type in your bank's name in the "Full Name"
  3. Type email@email.firstnational.com in the "Email" field and then email@email.yourbankcard.com in the "Email 2" field.
  4. Click "Save and Close"
